When you are addressing a group that is all girls, you say - HEY GIRLS When you are addressing a group that is all guys, you say - HEY GUYS
When you are addressing a group of all girl, and one guy, you say - HEY GUYS But when you address a group of guys with one girl you still say - HEY GUYS. Why is it not the other way around? Why do we acknowledge that one guy, but not that one girl?
